1. Need to Change Your Order?
- Small adjustments can be made up to 2 weeks before your event, subject to availability. Any changes may incur an additional fee.
2. Last-Minute Emergency?
- If an issue arises on the day of your event, contact us ASAP, and we will do our best to assist you.
3. How to Store & Handle Your Balloons
- Keep balloons indoors in a cool, dry place. Heat and humidity can cause balloons to pop or deflate. Avoid sharp objects.
- Do not leave helium balloons in a hot car.
4. What to Do If a Balloon Pops?
- Some popping is normal due to temperature changes. If there's an issue, contact us ASAP
